Paid annually in advance. We find, vet and place your tenant — you manage the tenancy.
Rent Collection
11% of monthly rent
Payable monthly. Tenant find plus ongoing rent collection and arrears chasing.
Full Management
15% of monthly rent
Payable monthly. Completely hands-off — we handle the tenancy end to end.

Tenant Fees
What tenants pay.
Permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 — nothing more.
