Spray foam insulated to the walls and roof, the floor has 5 zoned under floor heating areas and the windows are double glazed. Every room has wired internet connection sockets if needed. The bathroom is well waterproofed to floor and upto skirting level also having good amounts of natural light from the skylight.
There are wired smoke alarms and a battery operated CO2 alarm. The base plate has a steel thickness of 10mm, with the hull sides being 8mm, the superstructure having 6mm thickness and the curved roof being 4mm.
