We are very pleased to present to the market this lovely 1920’s Dutch Barge having been the subject of an extensive £82,000 refurbishment program. The vessel was striped back completely and has had new windows (£20,000), solar panels( £20,000). As well as, cold water storage tank , diesel central heating system via radiators, spray foam full insulation, and Ford engine, with a total of £42,000 for the interior re-fit. An out of water survey was conducted 3 years ago.
Mon Sabot is located on a set of modern moorings with mains water and electricity connected, on entering the vessel the fully operational wheel house is used as the salon with 360 degree views, steps lead down from here to the double bedroom to one side with ensuite shower room and the kitchen to other side with ample cupboard space and natural light.
The mooring is on a pied de terre arrangement at a cost of £435 a month. There is a large carpark available with plenty of space 50 yards from the moorings.
With such an extensive refurbishment and location of the moorings we would urge viewing as soon as possible as this combination is seldom available.
